- Where is my order?
All of our vivariums are made to order and are normally manufactured and dispatched within approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Due to the current pandemic all timescales ae approximate. Occasionally, during busy periods, this may take longer but we will always endeavour to let you know if there is a delay.
Delivery is during working days only.
- How much is delivery?
Delivery is normally free when you spend over £60, however there may be a small surcharge depending on where in the UK the delivery address is. Delivery charges (if applicable) are dependent upon the weight of your order and your postcode.
If you add your items to the cart and then proceed to checkout you will be able to enter your postcode to find out how much, if any, the delivery charge is to your area.

- What types of material are available?
We manufacture our vivariums using the finest quality 18mm MFC board.
We also offer a ProPlast material which is between 18mm and 22mm thick and is 100% plastic.
Both materials are fine to be drilled into for accessories, although we do advise leaving a gap between heat sources and the plastic material.
- Do you have any photographs of fully built vivariums?
We have photographs available to view on both our Instagram and Facebook page of fully built vivariums. We will also be adding a customer photographs page to our website very soon.

- Do you do custom orders?
Please message us with your enquiry for a custom order and we will let you know if it is possible. Please be aware that custom orders may take longer to manufacture, and we do add a 10% surcharge on for these.
