Exceptional service again! Verified Purchase
This is our second purchase from Provivs. We’ve had a few Vivs over the years and have always ended up replacing them as the moisture damaged the wood. We purchased a UPBC Viv a few years ago, and decided when the other wooden ones needed replacing then we would replace with the UPVC from Provivs.
The first one we bought years ago, looks exactly like it did when we first bought it, absolutely the best investment without a doubt.
The quality is second to none, I cannot find a single thing wrong with any of them.
Now for the customer service- this man delivered ALL his orders himself - so he literally spends a free days in his van travelling all over the country. And he sleeps in the van.
Here is a picture of him with our daughter literally a couple of days before Xmas., it was around 9pm at night when he delivered it.
I cannot praise this guy enough.
There was a wait for the order - which we knew about and was updated on, but I have no issues with waiting for items that are of this quality. The only thing I would say is, if you are thinking about replacing your currrent Viv with a Proviv UPVC one then don’t leave it to the last minute.
