Flat packed rack system for 70 Litre Really Useful Boxes
Please select from the drop down menus how many boxes high either from the one box wide or the two box wide drop down menu.
Then select your colour.
Please select whether you would like the rubs in the rack to be lidded or lidless. Often lidless RUBs in the racks offer better ventilation and easier access for feeding and watering etc. Although with the 5mm gap above the rim of the box lidless rub may not be suitable for smaller species.
***Important if using lidless 70l boxes there are plastic lugs on top of the 70litre Really useful boxes that need removing. These can be cut off using a fine tooth saw and then sanded. It is the customers responsibility to do this to make the RUBs fit in the rack****
There is also the choice of adding Pro-Rep strip heat mats and Microclimate Thermostat (ministat 100/300 as standard but upgradeable) to your rack.
It should be noted that these racks are designed to perform in warm rooms they may struggle to reach the desired temperature if your room is too cool. (we are not responsible for racks not hitting temperature due to rooms being too cool)
**Racks do not include Really Useful Boxes. These are available separately or choose one of our fully loaded rack systems which have the RUBs included in the package.
Backs are removable to allow for easy installation of the heat mats.
One RUB wide racks are approximately 66cm wide and 84cm front to back the heights are shown below

6 rub high are 154cm high
7 rub high are 179cm high
